Last updated June 2026

App Development Agency Pty Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit our quote or contact form we collect your name, email address and the details you give us about your project. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and how you move through the site, through privacy-friendly analytics.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details and project information only to prepare your quote and reply to your enquiry. We use technical data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run our business, including our email delivery provider (Resend) and our analytics provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what is needed to provide the service and we expect them to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, then we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, email us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Marketing

Any confirmation or transactional email we send about your enquiry is part of providing the service. We will only send you marketing email if you have agreed to it, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe.
